When I say low energy I mean LED. And what does it matter if a CFL/low energy bulb has mercury in it? You're not smashing it and ingesting the stuff!0 -
Look for a lampholder with a T2 temperature rating:
T1 Lampholder suitable for conditions up to a lamp cap temperature of 165°C
T2 Lampholder suitable for conditions up to a lamp cap temperature of 210°C
If there is a shade on the fitting check that is suitable for 80 - 100 watt lamps. Many shades are only ok up to 60 watt or less.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
