Thanks welshdeedee. I'm another one, (and there seems quite a few!) who had not seen this. I think it was very kind of you to post. I don't qualify myself, but I know a mum who will and this will be a great help to her. Thanks for posting - SuzyThe times they are a-changin' - Bob Dylan0

We receive these and have found that our local sainsburys doesn't know how to deal with them. We applied some time after our baby was born so we got a few weeks at once --- backdated, I presume --- about £30 worth in total. When my wife gave them to the cashier she didn't know anything about them. Nor did her supervisor, so in the end they just took £30 off the bill, without checking that we'd spent that much on fruit, veg, milk, and baby milk. So we got a weeks worth of shopping for about 23p!
I expect as the scheme gets more common, shops will start checking that you've spent them on what you're allowed to spend them on.

vouchers are ment to be used to provide a balanced diet of fruit and veg ,milk. not to pay for the weekly shop ie- beer, chicken nuggets, pizza.....(not saying thats your diet op)0 -
Thank you all for your kind words! My intention, as stated by many of you, was only to help. I seemed to have achieved that, brilliant!!!
