sorry i have a quick question but might sound daft, our electric shower is producing lukewarm water even at the highest setting. Who do i call a plumber or electrician?

Plumber, preferably one who can do relevant electrics.0

Electrician or Plumber ? water flow/pressure etc is not impeded then plumbing side is likely working?
Points more too electrical fault which would slightly favor an electrician but competent either should be able to do it.0
