Ecommerce website design

Hi
I have been selling through an eBay shop for a couple of years and it's been getting quite busy, so I'm looking to take the next step. I would like to set up an ecommerce website to run alongside my eBay shop but I'm not sure where to start. I have no wish to learn web design, I'm much better concentrating on selling, I have ideas for what I want but I need a web designer to put things together for me.
I realise this will cost but I hope to keep things simple to keep that down. The shop designers on eBay all seem keen to produce a site in 24 hours or so...that won't work for me!
So, if anybody can suggest a web designer they can recomend, that doesn't charge an arm & a leg and prefers to get things right rather done quickly, then I'm all ears
