We went to visit relatives on Saturday. I had bought advance day return tickets using a disabled adult card. Daftie that I am I realised on the way home that I had thrown away one of the return tickets instead of the outward one. We were already on the first train when I noticed so I went to the ticket office at the station where we were getting our connection to buy another ticket.
After explaining I was given a ticket to cover the whole journey completely free. Now whilst I was happy to pay as it was my own fault it restores your faith to be treated so well.
