Hi - I've got a sealed DVD I'd like to sell on eBay - but the label says 'not for resale'. Is that meant for shops rather than private sales? Best regards Tim

It is to stop newsagents taking all the free DVDs from newspapers and selling them singly separately in their shop. There is nothing to stop you selling them privately on Ebay.0

Nothing to stop you unless the original supplier complain. Its not illegal its just breaks their terms.
