Sorry to hear your case was sisted and good luck in your next step. Can you confirm if your case was heared at Falkirk Sheriff Court ?

Maybe we should compile a list of Sherrifs and the courts that have granted the sist and those courts that oppose it. If we can make claims at a favourable court and get the same Sheriff who previously ruled against the banks then it should be a straightforward case?
