Shared Equity Settlement - Rough idea of fees

Hi everyone 
Me and my husband bought a home with Taylor Wimpey 6 years ago with a shared ownership scheme. The scheme was that we needed to pay back 15% to Taylor Wimpey after 10 years (4 years left now)
We are wondering if anyone has done a similar shared ownership/equity scheme and how much they paid in solicitor fees when it came to settling it? We also need to pay for a valuation of our home, again does anybody have any experience with the costs of this?
