Sainsburys CC - not showing up on online backing

Just logged on to Sainsburys Bank (logon was normal) to check the balance of my credit card (as payment was taken to day via DD), only to find it says there are "No active accounts. Had this card for several years, used weekly and has not been closed by me.

Must have been a glitch at their end, 10 minutes later it is back to normal.0
