Transferring money from Nationwide Flexclusive Saver Issue 8

I had a Nationwide Flexclusive regular saver which recently matured and is now a Flexclusive Saver Issue 8. I have just opened a new Flexclusive regular saver, a Flex account and a Bank of Scotland Vantage account. I would like to transfer the funds from the Flexclusive Saver Issue 8 to the Bank of Scotland Vantage account but it won't let me do it on line so I was wondering about transferring the funds to the Flex account first and then transferring them from there to the Bank of Scotland Vantage account. Is this the best way to do it? Thanks.
