The transcript....Yep that would be brilliant thanks,
As my 1st one is Pre PoFA, and that they have the value wrong on the PCN and their letters, I'm hoping to have a reasonable chance...much appreciatedcm620 -

The DQ did come from the court, no text in the box I queried and someone has filled in the case number in the scruffiest writing I've ever seen, + only one copy....assume I will have to download the one to send to BW.
Is it best to send both asap, or let it get as near to the date as possible ?cm620 -
The case number is normally hand written on that form.
Assuming all the court docs up to now came from Northampton then return it there.
It's easier to complete the form then take photocopies (2). One for the claimant and one for you.
As long as you send it before the deadline there's no particular "best" time. As late as possible does mean you are up to date on any developments that might affect any answers you give in it0 -

I've sent the transcript to the prankster and the bmpa so they should be available to download from their websites soon.0 -

I owe these forums a huge debt of gratitude. Without them I would not have stood a chance in either of my cases.
I have a duty to stick around and pay back some of the amazing advice and time that has been afforded to me. I'm still no expert but I'll help as much as I can...
Plus any opportunity to kick a PPC in the nuts is not something I will turn down.0 -
Hi to all...quick update. DQ'S despatched, time to wait now and concentrate on making some money. Many thanks to you all for your continuing support, will be back on in a few weeks on receipt of further correspondence
Thanks again.cm620 -
Just home, got BW DQ'S...asking for mediation assume that's the norm. Just looked on MCOL site, not showing DQ'S received from defendant but received from Claimant. I sent it on Saturday, anything to be concerned about ?cm620

Most on here will say no to mediation
Mediators appear to have a huge lack of knowledge in parking cases
and it will not be a fair hearing for you.
Parking companies and their oddball legals try this on and if you read between the lines, they do not want to spend money when they probably know they will lose anyway
You want this heard in front of a real judge not some nobody
Phone the court about your DQ first thing tomorrow0
