Cheapest way to access level 2 information?

I've opened a couple of share dealing accounts and a spread betting account and am wondering how to get access to level 2 data.

There are a number of companies that seem to offer it (Barclays for example) but I can't seem to find out how much it costs.

Can anyone enlighten me?

ADVFN offers it, from £30/month. Some brokers offer free access. MoneyAM has it for £19.99 + VAT.

IG Markets ( for spreadbets/CFDs ) is one. I don't use Level 2 ( had the ADVFN subscription but didn't find that it added much - it's more useful to traders than long-term holders ) so am not completely au fait with the current market but a bit of Googling would probably throw up a few more.

I've been taking a closer look at the IG Markets link above and I can't see that catch. There aren't any monthly charges or minimum trades as far as i can see. What am I missing?
