  • I have an instant pot. I'm still getting used to it but so far it's amazing g. I searched on Amazon for cookbooks and I managed to get a few free ones on my kindle. YouTube and Pinterest have lots of ideas.

I've had mine about a fortnight now and so far done bolognese, ratatouille, rice, potatoes, and moroccan stew. All worked fine. Though mine was second hand, so i could do with some accessories.
Maybe we could swap recipes here that we have all tried and tested?

  • In the last 2 weeks I have made these:

    Chicken Adobo

    Cuban Pork

    Honey & Sesame Chicken

I have also made a carrot & potato soup, started off 5 large potatoes for baking, a chilli, and a sausage caserole. :D

They look nice although the Adobo Chicken and the Honey and Sesame Chicken aren't Paleo which I think the OP is wanting.

    Maybe try this site OP?

I have had my instant pot for nearly three weeks and everything has turned out fine - rice, casseroles, bean chilli etc. I learned that you need a lot less liquid and I have just used normal recipes, used the saut! function to brown meat, cook spices etc and put everything in at once, set the timer and walk away. It's brilliant!
