Fuel Estimate help

My wife and I are returning to the UK in July and looking to buy our first property around January 2018 in the South West. We are open to a house or bungalow, in our early 30's have no children and both work full time.
We are starting to put together detailed budget planners to get a good understanding of what our outgoings will be to inform our mortgage choice. As we have been out of the country for 4 years and the fact we only ever rented in shared houses previously, are finding it difficult to estimate how much our monthly fuel usage will be.
Firstly if anyone has a good calculator for this a link would be a great help. However failing that could anyone help us estimate our usage and costs. Obviously this is a guess at best and insulation, price plan etc will vary. A ball park figure would be great.
Based on our old usage when sharing a house with 2 other people (4 people in total) we spent the following each:
Elec / Gas £35 (£140 Total PCM)
Water / Sewage £11 (£44 PCM)
We are will check our usage each month, keep to the best available deal and also be conscious of our usage with power saving bulbs, power usage monitoring etc.
Can anyone in a similar situation to us say how much your monthly energy usage bills come to?
Thanks

For electricity and gas, just go onto a comparison site and most have tools to estimate your annual usage based on the type of property and location. Just make up something that sounds reasonable for you and see what average annual usage in kWh that suggests. Then look at a tariff on any of the big 6 suppliers to get a ball park cost figure.
Water costs vary greatly with area, but you could try the water authority's website for the area you are looking at. I think many offer tools for estimating usage on a metered supply.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. SWW is the most expensive water region in the UK, by far. You will be metered, and the rates appear on the SWW website.
As for gas and electricity, it all depends whether you have mains gas or not. Without, the only economic method will be E7 using an immersion heater and NSH's.
If you will have gas, start with any comp site using the UK averages in kWh'sNo free lunch, and no free laptop
