OVO cheque received in two days

I left OVO on Thursday and I have a balance of £72 on my pagy account. They informed me that a cheque would be raised, and I would receive it within 10 working days.
Two days after their promise, it was on my doormat, sent by first class post.
I just hope I do not rue the day I left them, as their customer service was second to none.
