Warm Front Cancelled?

I have received the Warm Front grant for the past 4 years, I received an email from First Utility telling ne that I would no longer get it. No explanation given. Has this happened to anyone else, and have the rules changed from last year?

Warm Home Discount Scheme, not Warm Front Grant.

Core group and Broader group, I assume you are Broader Group in which case you need to apply in person each separate year. New rules apply read them on the First Utility site. Best of luck.

I apologise for my mistake in the name of the scheme, but you obviously understood what I meant! I DID apply for this years DISCOUNT scheme......... but was refused my situation has not changed.

Core group are automatically verified as fuel poor by the DWP. The Broader group are first come first served, many are unlucky. Apply next year and every year - best of luck !
