Terms and Conditions – Leicester City v Sevilla
1. The prize draw is open to UK residence and to adults aged 18 or over who complete and submit the online form found at: https://www.DHLLive.co.uk/LCFCSeville. Submission of an entry will be deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. Only one form per person may be submitted, additional submission from the same person will be rejected.
2. The draw will be open for completion and submission of the online form, from and including 24 January 2017 and will close at 11.59pm on 5 February 2017. DHL (“the Promoter”) reserves the right to amend the promotion period
3. One prize winner will receive;
a. Economy return flights for two booked by DHL between East Midlands Airport
to Seville, departing in the early hours of Wednesday 22 February 2017 and returning in the early hours of Thursday 23 February 2017. Please note that flight times and dates cannot be altered.
b. Transfers to and from Seville Airport.
c. Two grandstand tickets for Sevilla v Leicester City match on Wednesday 22 February 2017.
i. Hereafter referred to as the “Prizes.”
4. No food or refreshments are included.
5. No other travel is included within this draw. All prize winners are responsible for their own cost and method of travel to and from East Midlands Airport.
6. No accommodation is included within this draw.
7. The Prizes are non transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize of equivalent value. In the event that the Prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, either in parts or their entirety.
8. Please note that the fixture may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. Any changes in dates or times of matches will be notified to the winners at the earliest possible convenience.
9. Entry to this draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
10. All entrants grant the Promoter permission to use their name and image on DHL owned social media platforms and websites. An announcement of the winner may be made on our online platforms.
11. The winner will be drawn at random using a computerised software program, from all eligible entries received. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner of the Prizes will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw taking place with further details about how to claim them. In the event that the Promoter does not receive a response from the winner of the Prizes within 72 hours of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw such entitlement and award the Prizes to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. The Promoter does not take responsibility for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
13. The winner agrees that the Promoter, their subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees, and any other sponsors and Prize providers shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any of the Prizes awarded in the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner at our absolute discretion.
14. The names of the winner can be requested in writing, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, to the Promoter at the address given below.
15. English law applies to these terms and conditions , which are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales
