constant loan spam

Is it just me or is everyone trying to throw money at ebay sellers via loans? Every time I log into paypal I am told that I am eligible for a business loan, I keep clicking the 'don't show this screen again' and it still keeps coming back. Now to make it worse I am getting spammed by all sorts of companies offering me a loan as they can see my ebay shop is doing well and I might need to buy more stock. These spam mails are very targeted , they often show my feedback, my registered address and my sales in last 3 months, and they just keep coming as fast as I block them.


I've just logged into ebay and lo there is a banner offering fixed rate loans for business sellers, do they honestly think I'm going to go for a loan via banner or a spam email, seriously?

I use adblock plus and no script. I dont see any adverts.

I dont even see the stupid ebay collections crap anymore either.

I have noticed more spam arriving to my paypal email address though. They should keep my email address private. Everything should be done through ebay messages and my ID.

If you use Chrome then this pretty much blocks ad to the point it is a huge shock when you use another browser and see ads again
