  • Cheers for that fellas. Really appreciate that. So I find was to borrow 150k. .. @2% interest fixed for 5 years. How would I work out the monthly cost ?

  • Thanks for that mate. Does the calculator not tell what's going towards interest and what's going towards capital? Or is that 2 confusing ?

    It does not tell you that no, its just a basic calculator.

    Have a look on google for an amortization calculator. The first link is in $, but just image the £ sign and the figures again should be more or less right.
