On your virgin line, you probably have the “unlimited call plan”
For no extra if you tell them to change it “talk more anytime” for no extra charge
Then mobiles are free instead of the 30p a minute they steal from you at present

Following changes made by Ofcom in May 2015, there is no reason why calls to UK mobile numbers starting 071-075 and 077-079 should cost any more than calls to UK landline numbers starting 01 and 02 and non-geographic numbers starting 03.
Everyone should check their call plan to make sure it includes all of those calls.0 -
I just checked my bill from January of this year and I have mobiles added out of the package I explained in started thread at 28p in my package just for trying to find the phone
Which is why I advised people to do what I said then they are included.
by making one phone call Ian

The problem is Ian, that all these companies from utilities banks even telecoms prey on the stupid the ignorant the old. All of which are the ones that can least afford it
Its a goods job your smart0 -
Inclusive calls from landlines to mobile numbers has been gradually introduced over the last couple of years. I think the very fact these deals even exist has caught a lot of people out. Awareness remains low. BT is now the only major landline provider that does not offer this.0

I am on Virgin Media Talk Unlimited.
Does this now include calls to UK mobiles ?0 -
Talk Unlimited includes calls to Virgin Mobile numbers.
Talk More Anytime includes calls to UK mobile numbers starting 071-075 and 077-079.
Both include calls to UK landline numbers starting 01 and 02 and non-geographic numbers starting 03.
Give them a call to change to the new price plan. The price is the same. Beware, and ask, whether this restarts a 12-month or other duration commitment.0
