BG account - website access problems

This morning received notification of a bill around twice what I might have expected. Previous bill was based on reading, not an estimate, and now a one- rather than two-person household with less time occupied during the day.
Tried accessing account online and at first got a message that there was problem with the site and to try again later. Tried later and they something not right with log-in so tried forgotten password route. Twice re-set the password and each time tried to log in account but received message that there was something wrong.
So I can't access the site to see what they think the meter reading is or to submit a correction.
Anyone else with similar problem?
