Home Buyers Report Concerns

As others have said, it seems ok, subject to G_M's recommendations.
For our last purchase (cash, no mortgage), we had a full structural survey done. The surveyor rang me after the survey and before we received the report to rave about the house, how brilliant it was, the private sewerage system was described as "the Rolls Royce" of systems etc. etc. When I received the report, it was like it discussed another property because there were so many warnings. I rang the surveyor and he explained that in writing he HAD to include these, but if I was his daughter, he wouldn't hesitate in recommending the house.
As G_M says, some of the facts should be checked out, others can wait. The boiler was flagged up on our survey as not being powerful enough for the property, and being several years old. It's still going strong, 10+ years later, and when it needed a new part last year, the engineer said it was still working fine and we shouldn't waste our money (oil fired - no gas here). Take your time and sort things out as funds and timing allow.0
