Apcoa sending debt collection letter and court letters

Options
Had a apcoa letter come through from a Birmingham airport pcn sent off an email to appeal and got a email back stating that it would be sent over to the appeals team, had no response have now had a letter from DRP debt collectors and then a subsequent letter saying about intended court action. (it's partners car that was caught and letters went to his mums because he has been stopping at mine so got two in one go) not sure what next course of action should be do I go back to apcoa or go to popla because they have ignored my appeal?

Now just look again you have not got court letters have you?

You have pointless Muppet debt collectors letters trying to masquerade as a threat, and a debt collector can't take court action against you.

Complain to the BPA that they have ignored your appeal.

APCOA are not going to try court with an airport charge anyway.
  • Birmingham airport comes under bylaws and as such the parking Co cannot start court action.

sit back , do NOTHING , if you recieve court papers , pop back as this would be stopped immediatly

dont bother writing or phoning anyone

Why did the appeal not get a rejection & POPLA code, sounds like it was sent to the wrong email address in view of the bit in bold above.

Surely you have seen in post #4 of the NEWBIES thread not to do anything at debt collector stage? There's also an entire thread begging for no new threads about DRPlus, despite the fact you are the fifth one today!

HTH, relax, this is only APCOA and DRPlus - a letter chain we have ignored for a decade! :rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
