I have signed for British Gas and it said on here that I would get £30 cashback, there was no where to put any details to receive this,
just wondered if this is right and how and when do I get this 'cashback'??
thank you

Hi,
Which site did you use?
Most of them usually pay out automatically after you have sucessfully switched and been with the supplier for a month or two.0 -

So if no one here can give me an answer, can someone tell me how to contact the 'Moneysavingexpert.com'0

Which link did you click through? Moneysupermarket, energyhelpline?
Actually as you were expecting £30 cash back it would have had to be Moneysupermarket if you have both gas and elec through British Gas...
If you did not switch via moneysupermarket (or any of the other comparison sites for that matter) then you won't get the cashback...0 -
BTW your post does not make a lot of sense in relation to your other post on this forum... where you appear to have stayed with British Gas for some time?!!!

Not exactly, you can change tariffs with British Gas via moneysupermarket.com and still get your £30 cash back.0 -

Hi,
The cash back is usually paid out automatically straight into your bank account around two to three months after you have switched over. Why don't you ring them to find when your due to be paid. The number on their website is 0845 345 12960 -
Have just phoned them and because I do not pay DD, she said a cheque would be sent directly to me by post in 2/3 months, will have to wait and see.
thanks for your help.0
