Renting references - HELP

My daughter and fiance are trying to rent their first property and they have the income to easily afford the one they are looking for , but my daughter has failed referencing.
She is currently a graduate teacher and in September when she has finished this year she will be a newly qualified teacher (NQT) at the end of that year she will be a Teacher. All of these titles are valid jobs and she has a salary coming in from the same employer throughout, BUT... because the job titles change each year the contracts are only ever 12 month temporary contracts until she reaches "Teacher" . Because of this the agencies who check tenants references fail her.
So a key worker ,with a steady income in an area crying out for teachers can't find anywhere to live.
Can anyone help ????

Can the fiance cover the rent on his earnings only? 6 months contract is only until July so if she has a job until then and the fiance earns enough to pay the rent I can't see what the problem is?0

6 months rent up front might be an option, otherwise, it's their rules.
I wouldn't go down the guarantor route either, money and friends/family shouldn't mix"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Referencing (like credit rating) is only a tool.
Tell them to ask the agent to go back to the landlord and explain the situation. He/she might be understanding and I would have thought a teacher would be considered a fairly 'safe bet' as a tenant compared to a lion tamer etc.0 -
If you do not want to mix guarantors etc into the progress easiest thing is to ask if the agency/landlord would accept a tenancy agreement which is until your daughters contract ends so for example 6 monts contract and if need be to be referenced if the landlord would feel better then.
This is if the boyfriend does not earn enough money by himself. Otherwise for example if you are working and on a high enough salary you can act as a guarantor if need be.0
