LBG Mobile Banking down AGAIN?

Is it just me or is Lloyds Banking Group down again for mobile banking? I cannot get into Lloyds, Halifax, BOS or TSB?

I have had no issues with either Lloyds or TSB today, but then I've had no issues with all three since people first reported they did.0
