A friend of mine received an invoice for parking beyond the time allowed on a retail park. She chose to ignore it, she then received a second invoice which again she chose to ignore. She has now received a letter from a debt recovery company called "DRP - Debt Recovery plus Ltd.
The original invoice was from Euro Car Parks Ltd.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

So, now you cannot appeal, not that would have made much difference.
DRP are blasted all over this forum so please study all this carefully plus the NEWBIES thread.
Forget DRP, simple trolls up to their normal timewasting tactics.
DRP can do nothing only Euro can
Was this in a retail car park and tell us the circumstances0 -
Yes it was a retail park with free parking limited to 3 hours she went over 3 hours by about 15 minutes (she is out of the country at the moment due back after the payment deadline from DRP0
