Hi I am considering taking advantage of the current offer for Power of Attorney documents from Which?. I have discussed with my parents and would be looking to create both health and financial documents for each of them - 4 documents in total.
When I go into the site to purchase, it asks me to register and set up an account - in this instance I am unsure as to whether I would need to create individual accounts for my parents (who are not particularly IT literate..) or whether I can create an account and work with them on the 4 documents - does anybody know if my creating the account would be an issue ?
I have tried to call the helpline number for the past 2 hours - and it rings 6 times and then cuts off. I have emailed - and they confirm a 48 hour response (excluding weekends) which may not be in time for the offer... this is also a little concerning in terms of actually using their service and how accessible this might be - does anybody have experience of their service, is this potentially an exception (potentially relating to the offer expiry) or are they often this inaccessible ?
Any views gratefully received !

I have used this. I set up two accounts as LPA is only for one person. So I set up an account for myself and my husband set up another account for himself. So can't answer your question about putting all your eggs in one basket, but as time is fast running out with only a couple of days to get the payment in, I'd make two accounts to be on the safe side!
Because of the cheap code they are experiencing high demand at the moment which is probably why you are not getting a response as quickly as you should. It took quite a while for the paralegal to get back to me for this reason.0
