Odd Jobs And Wet Room Adaptations.

Hello All.

My Mum is needing a few odd jobs doing which i am not confident with doing.
She needs an expensive cuckoo clock putting up and a new bulb fitting on a corner lamp.

She also is looking to obtain three seperate quotations for work required in her wet room.
She lives in sheltered accomodation, so they have requested the three quotations even though she is paying for the work.
She requires a static shower head, with a simple basic unit.
The unit must have a simple on off button, temperature dial, and digital readout.
Nothing fancy.
She also needs a static frosted glass partition enclosing the shower area.
The partition would not be floor to ceiling, but just high enough so she can rest on it if need be.

She also wants a fireplace, but does not like the new fashion styles which just look like a few planks of wood put together.
She is looking for a light coloured wood, with a back panel, and a hearth.
The fire that she has would also need to be installed.
I have looked at companies who make bespoke fireplaces, and they are charging the earth for a bit of wood to be carved a certain way.
I am not taking anything away from highly skilled joiners, but come on, £5k for a bit of wood???!!!

If anyone lives in the Trafford Area who could be recommended, i would appreciate it.

All this is quite urgent.

She is a pensioner so please be gentle....!!
