Does anybody know if you can hide MyRewards from the NatWest mobile banking app? Is there an option somewhere in the settings where you can choose whether to display this or not?
I'm aware this is an obscure question and you'll probably ask 'what's the point' - but if anybody has an answer, it would be much appreciated. I've looked and can't see anything obvious, just wondering if I'm missing something!

I'm interested in this too. I have .£2.71 in there, have no idea how I earned it or how to spend it and frankly I've got better things to do than find out. Can't remember ever having applied for the facility of whatever it is. I'd PAY £2.71 to get shut of it and keep things nice and simple. Yes I know it doesn't do any harm, but its just there everytime, taking up screen space it doesn't need to.0

Its the cashback from your DD, so you can cash out when you get to £5, if you dont use the rewards, due to lack of payable DD then better to downgrade to a non fee paying account like the select account, and you wont see the my rewards on your app or online banking
Alternatively change some DD for a few months, to get cash back up to £5 cash out and then change back.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards.
