Complain long and loud to the store manager in front of other customers that a pervert working for Excel Parking Services was taking pictures of you whilst you were breastfeeding
:rotfl:. :rotfl:.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks for you advice everyone.
They say I have pay £60 by 1st Feb. I'm just afraid what if I'm the unluckily one who ends up loosing a case should they takept me to court. I'm a single mum with a todder as well and with a baby brain, am currently finding it very hard to make sense of the newbie sticky thread.
I spoke to the manager of the store, he was very nice and suggest I cone here for advice. He also said indirectly though, not to pay.
My question now is, should I risk going beyond Feb 1st without paying the £60 while trying to get the land owner's details and appealing to him/her etc?0 -

If it is a retail park with more than one store, find out the Managing agent urgently as they should be able to cancel if you pay £10 within the first week or so, so find that person TODAY and offer to pay the admin fee the Managing agent/landowner pays when cancelling one under the contract. Cry down the phone...I would when I was in your shoes (not that I had a PCN but I've done the caesarean/babies thing several times over!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
