Just wanted to check clause about PP I and IVA trust assets. Is this standard and should I be concerned.

    Good news...congrats

    if you are referring to the part that states any future ppi etc relating to arrangements before your IVA can still be claimed by them, then yes that has been standard policy since they were allowed to give certificates before all PPI completed. Waiting until all was complete was delaying certificates for years sometimes.
