hi can any1 help plz?
9 months ago, our car engine packed in, we want to get it going again but were quoted at £800 for a new 2nd hand engine, we have a suzuki wagon r (2001)
i dont know whether to get an engine (£800) and trade the car in for another one (as we dont like the car we want a different car)?
dont know how much we could trade it in for?? (its a good little car) in good condition
or would it be best to sell it off to a garage (i dont know how much we'd get)? and then buy a 2nd hand car??
please can anyone edvise thanks

Advertise the car in AutoTrader as "Spares or repairs only". you'll get a decent price for it. A 2001 Wagon R wont be worth that much if it was in good working order anyway, so best bet it to just get rid and buy something else...
