    That's a nuisance! My guess would still be the heater but it could be so many things, intermittent wire touching metal is a good one on dishwashers as the wires to the door do lots of bending. But if it always fails at the same time the fault is with whatever gets power at that time. If you can find a service manual it should tell you what happens after 10 minutes, or however long it is until it stops, that would give you a clue.

    Thanks i cant find a service manual anywhere been in contact with Samsung they are not much help. All the spares places ive gone to cant locate a heater for this model. i really dont want to have to call someone out as its mega money. could it be the RCD it self or am i clutching at straws.

    Probably clutching at straws! Plug it into a different protected circuit (if you have one) with an extension lead to find out.
