Got my interview in an hour. I'm more worried about this than the actual bankruptcy. I keep looking at my petition and business accounts and studying them like it will be some kind of test!!
I've spoken to the lady before and she seems really nice, so why am I so worried???

Not so bad then.:D
Out interest, exactly how much is your surplus now and how much is the 'proposed' IPA?
Your original surplus on your I&E was about £100 if I remember, and there were some tax credits in the income for this.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Seems a bit unfair to knock the essential car travel down by £60 - were you given any reasoning for this?
I'm sure it was not the case, but one could be forgiven for thinking that possibly your I/E could have been 'tailored' to leave you with an IPA.
I believe that you have a 14 day 'cooling off' period, during which you can appeal your IPA.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

I was carefull with my wording as I did not want to attract the 'wrong sort of response' but those are my thoughts, too.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser.
