If they do, just switch to the newer tariff?

No should about it! E.ON don't charge exit fees for switching tariffs internally - even to collectives if they manage to appear on any of the promised ones for Feb!

Yes, as Razord says e.on do not charge for switching between their tariffs. Remember though, if another provider offers a better deal after you switch to v6, you should switch to one of e.on's plans that don't have exit fees before you jump ship :cool:.
