What percentage of income do you invest each month?

Not counting pension contributions.....Just wondering what percentage of take home pay / income you guys and girls actively invest in stocks/funds etc each month? At the moment I am doing little, less than 10%
We are all different and have different goals etc, but just curious to see what most of you do who are more or less settled.
After I get married later this year I will be in a much better position to begin mortgage overpaying, with more money for investing etc

Just worked out my numbers.
3% of my income goes into my S&S ISA.
In January I opened a SIPP (additional pension savings) which received 1.2% of my income. I've increased this to 2.4% of my income for February.
I've been concentrating for the last few months on maximising my cash savings through switching incentives, cashback, high interest current accounts and regular savers.
I'm soon to reach the point where I've taken advantage of most/all the 3%+ options and will focus on investing rather than cash savings.
I'm aiming for 10.8% of income between SIPP and S&S ISA from April.0 -

50% post tax income.
75% including pension.
81% if you count the principle payment into my house.0 -
It could be because not everybody is investing monthly from their salary. I didn't reply because my income is from my investments and others will be in a similar position. Most people will only be investing via their pension. Some may be fully invested as a result of an inheritance or some other windfall. Just a thoughtNearly 300 views and one reply!

It's difficult to be sure, my income is low and fluctuates but somewhere near a third most months which includes a cash savings pot. The rest goes on essentials.'We don't need to be smarter than the rest; we need to be more disciplined than the rest.' - WB0
