Conditions of participation
Entry into this draw and performance thereof is based on the following Terms and Conditions: five (5) people can win one (1) fifty pounds (£50) Treatwell spa voucher; twenty (20) people can win one (1) NSPA mum-to-be box. In order to enter, a user will need to: select an answer to the multiple choice question. The winners will be contacted by the Start4Life’s PR agency, to arrange fulfillment of prizes. This competition will run for 4 weeks, beginning om 18th Jan 2017. The closing date for entries is midnight on the 18th February 2017. Section 1: Competition 1. This competition is only open to UK residents. The recipient of the information you provide is Public Health England and Start4Life. 2. Prize: fifty pounds (£50) Treatwell voucher, Fairfax House, 15 Fulwood Pl, London WC1V 6HU. Responsible entity for Data Protection processing and purposes: DMRI, 145A Bradfield Road, Sheffield, S6 2BY. 3. Entries must be received by 11:59pm on the 18th February 2017. Any entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified. 4. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of the prize draw. 5. If an entrant is under the age of 13 they must confirm that they have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter the competition. 6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. 7. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt of entry. 8. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.

Prize: NSPA Mum-to-be box, ASDA Group Limited, Asda House Southbank, Great Wilson St., Leeds LS11 5AD, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Responsible entity for Data Protection processing and purposes: DMRI. 3. Entries must be received by 11:59pm on the 18th February. Any entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified. 4. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of the prize draw. 5. If an entrant is under the age of 13 they must confirm that they have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter the competition. 6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. 7. Section 2: Exclusion from the competition 1. Employees of Public Health England, their relatives and agencies involved are excluded from participation. 2. In the event of any violation of these entry Terms and Conditions, DMRI hereby reserves the right to exclude people from the competition.
Section 3: Implementation, Processing and Data Protection 1. The competition begins when the competition post is added on 18th January 2017 at 00:01am and ends at 11:59, 18th February. 2. The winners will be notified by DMRI within 7 (seven) days of each draw and must respond within 7 (seven) days of notification with their address in order to receive the prize. If they do not respond, another draw will be made from the remaining correct entries and a new winner will be notified. 3. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. Winners’ personal details will be used to process the shipment only and will then be deleted. Information will only be passed on to companies contractually affiliated with Public Health England for the purpose of processing the shipment, where necessary.
Section 4: The Prize 1. A total of twenty five (25) prizes can be won by fans of Start4Life. 2. The main prize consists of one (1) fifty pounds (£50) Treatwell voucher 3. A prize of one (1) fifty pound-worth (£50) Treatwell voucher will be given to five (5) entries. 4. Only one prize per person. 4. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize to the equal value and/or specification. 5. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. 6. The runner-up prize consists of one (1) NSPA mum-to-be box. 7. A prize of one (1) NSPA mum-to-be box will be given to twenty (20) entries. 8. Only one prize per person. 4. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize to the equal value and/or specification. 5. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferrable, non refundable and there is no cash alternative.
Section 5: Early termination of the competition 1. Public Health England hereby reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without any indication of reason.
Section 6: Content responsibility and indemnification 1. Participants hereby undertake not to upload any photos or text that may breach third party copyright, privacy rights or trademarks, or that may breach competition law or other laws. Participants also undertake to respect the right to personal image and not to upload photos of people who have not given their express consent. The legal responsibility in this respect lies solely with the participant. 2. Participants hereby provide their assurance towards Public Health England that photos or text do not infringe the rights of third parties, or in any other way breach applicable laws. 3. In the event of a wilful or grossly negligent breach of the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 2, participants shall indemnify Public Health England from all claims whatsoever which may be asserted by third parties on the grounds of legal infringement caused by content published by the participant within the context of the competition. This shall expressly include, but not be limited to, claims on the grounds of infringement of copyright or trademark rights, breaches of competition law or infringements of general privacy rights or the right to personal image. Moreover, participants shall reimburse Public Health England for any legal defence costs.
Section 8: Other 1. The judges' decision is final and no written correspondence will be entered into. 2. If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are, or become, invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms of Use will remain unaffected. 3. These Terms of Use may be changed by Public Health England at any time without separate notification.
