Watch this carefully, it's all about outdated systems that a parking company called Premier Parking Solutions who operate a system that scams motorists.

Hurley refers to the IPC as being a squeaky clean set up when we all know, it is a complete sham for Gladstones to make money. It is a sham with a kangaroo court set up to decline appeals. It is a sham for their own members when Gladstones act on their behalf and become one of two solicitors who are totally incompetent in court.

Hence the phrase ... "you have been gladstoned"

Hurley and his pal being an ATA so called approved by government must ensure that the operators that sign up to their scheme actually operate in a professional manner, scammers are not allowed .... but they are, Premier Parking Solutions are scamming people ? Did Hurley know this ??

Probably not but why not ? Gladstones/Hurley/IPC ABUSE BEING AN ATA

So difficult to understand how on this earth did the DCLG ever think that Gladstones could ever run a ATA ? It's a complete joke ?

I was in a Car park ( somewhere in the Midlands Burton upon Trent??) that operated an ANPR system, it was quite simple, when you wanted to leave you went to the pay machine, entered your vehicle registration number, a picture came up on screen with your entry time and fee due, you paid the fee went to your vehicle drove out and the cameras at the exit read your number plate and if all was good the light went green, the barrier went up and out you went, there was also an escape lane to re-enter the car park and a help point.

Will Hurley needs a proper indepth grilling, not least the link between IAS/IPC and Gladstone's

There was a story in the local paper just before Christmas about Premier Parking Solutions and their 'operations' in Devon. Following loads of complaints Devon County Council Trading Standards had a word with Premier Parking Solutions and persuaded them to refund motorists who had received PCN's following problems with their P&D machines. PPS agreed to refund motorists who had complained to trading standards minus a £18 'administration fee'.
One of the car parks involved was the Crossways car park, Paignton that was mentioned in the Prankster's blog.

To be strictly accurate, they don't directly scam money from the general public, but from their IPC members by involving them in hopeless court cases which are then lost due to Gladstone's incompetence.

Also, I wasn't aware that they had any credibility as an ATA in the first place, so there was nothing to lose.

I can accept that so let's say the scam starts by the IAS declining appeals regardless.
This gives the PPC a false impression and thereafter the cash attack starts rising to a scam amount.
Yes, clearly Gladstones are incompetent

As the scam starts with the IAS, a Gladstones set up, then they are responsible

We know they are not a credible ATA but government/DCLG seem to think they are.

I find it strange that the government has not yet seen how there is a conflict of interest with both the current adjudicators. Neither are independent unlike the original Popla.
They would not allow this in a council parking system.

No reason why government don't know about it, there has been a lot of publicity ? It must go deeper and what is needed is a bright press reporter to dig deep.

The Hurley model is not one to be repeated, this was a major mistake from the start
