It is not a fine.
Do not pay it.
Please edit your post to remove information about who did what. We only need to know about The Driver, and The Keeper who are two different people as far as anyone is concerned. Parking companies read these fora.
Please confirm the exact name of the parking scammers, as there are several with similar initials.

So I would need to appeal it, I can't just ignore it??
Because I don't want to ignore it then I have to pay £100 because it too late to appeal..
And it's called UK car park management...and the initials at the top say CPM0 -
