Definitely looks like :spam: to me, I get loads of similarly worded emails in my junk folder every day. Tell tale signs, even if your name IS Dimitri, (they use my name too, though often incorrectly)are the words 'nominated', 'could be' and 'possible winner'. All the Winning Emails (WEMs in comping speak) I've seen are very specific, usually from a named person and confirm that you have definitely won. Hope you get a real one soon!

My offers is renowned for being a spam site and is on the blocked list on MSE. All this is basically telling you anyway is that you can enter a competition i.e.You have just been nominated to be our possible winner
It is probably a sister site of My offers and probably best to stay away from
