Only Revenue Protection team will engage in searching out what a person is paying and how often.Auto billing systems dont worry themselves in who pays what. There are many reasons why someone stops paying anything. The RPU are snowed under with work and they tend to stick to people they will definitely get their money back ( and their percentage of the take ! ) and that is fast food joints . A very senior British Gas RPU boss told me he could double and triple his turnover ( then at 40 million a year ) increasing his employees which he was doing at the time.
Anyone in search of an awesome job try and get into this business. Revenue Protection is a great way of earning a good living.I was told I was too old or he would have snapped me up for his team !
