Hello All
I have a 10 year old miele Premier 520 which isnt draining properly. It will drain from the front through the drain filter but not down the drainage pipe. Im suspecting a blockage or broken pump.
Ive got it on its side but cant seem to get the bottom off to look at the pump
Any advice? Ive been on youtube but cant find this specific issue
Thanks

Probably a silly question but?
Have you pulled the filter right out to inspect it?
Does the pump impellor turn by hand?
With drain/filter out does it rotate when you turn machine to spin setting? The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0 -
Hi hasbeen yes apart from the last one. Ive blown through all the pipes and checked for blockages- there dont seem to be any.
im running it now and will see what happens- the tops off so i get a good view0 -
It works! blowing through the pipes and prodding a few bits has strangely paid off.... and saved me a lot of money0

Run some citric acid through it on a hot service wash. £1.50 from Wilko0
