Form HT205 query

I am attempting to fill in form HT205 for a letter of administration and despite reading all the notes from the site I am unsure where I should put the house does it need to go into section 9.2 as we think it is joint tenants or does it need to go into 11.8 as the notes on 11.8 are not all that clear, Also what need to go into section 14, I am unsure of this also.

Thanks for the reply, I have another question I am unsure of and think I have read it correctly.
In section 14 the figure that has automatically been entered is zero, but as my father in law who passed away had a spouse and passed away without a will do I enter the amount from Box G into Box J
