Hi, I followed the instructions and submitted a reply to the initial parking Notice using the template from the MSE website. I finished my letter with:
"If you choose to pursue me please be aware that I will not enter into any correspondence and this will be the only letter you will receive from me until you answer the specific points raised in my letter. "
I have now received another letter from PE asking me for evidence that I was a Patron/Visitor of the site ( Gordano Services M5) and I will need to provide with evidence..........
I don't want to enter into any correspondence as I stated in my initial letter, what should I do?
For the record I did purchase a coffee with an old friend but he paid with cash!!

Which template did you use. The one from the NEWBIES thread or the dreadful one from the "official" MSE unfair parking tickets forum?
Did you get a PoPLA code? If so you should use it. Do not miss the deadline.
If you have proof that you were a patron of the services, you should use that.
What happened when you complained to the Services manager?
