I remember a wonderful line from a fantasy programme called the Tenth Kingdom.

The local village chappy was told that he was "a complete idiot." He objected to his and said,

"If only! My father, now he were a complete idiot. I'm only a half-wit."
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

What is amazing about this case is ....

** The event was in March 2015
** Excel provided pictures of the signage, date stamped for August 2015
** statement from the landowner stating he gave authority, date stamped September 2015

A good legal team would have picked up this flaw.
BUT ..... They do use BWLegal after all ???

What appals me is that the judge did not advise the appellant to claim costs. Is he in the pay of the PPC?

YES but the judge himself was probably so excited finding another highly flawed Excel case .... he forgot:rotfl:

No doubt another data breach if the appellant so wished
