I'm a blogger who runs Rafflecopter competitions sometimes, and the app allows you to choose whether or not you display the winner's name. I only ever draw my winners randomly through the app, and it still gives you this option, so it may have been drawn but the winner hasn't yet responded/the blogger forgot to hit that checkbox/the winner didn't want their name publicised for whatever reason. Hope this helps :)

Thanks Kaya1991. I know follow quite a few bloggers and have always found the majority of them to be friendly and honest when choosing their winners. I enjoy entering rafflecopter and leam competitions :p
:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea

I run Rafflecopter competitions on my blog too and I always wait until the winner responds before I announce the winner on the widget and I ask them first too, as I know that some people don't like their name to be announced publicly. :)
