PCN for not being parked in marked bay

Hi. I'm new to all this and looking for some advice for a PCN received by One Parking Solutions in Brighton. The PCN states "Failure to Park within a Marked Bay"
Whilst it could be argued that this was the case the other issue is that the bay was not fully marked such that the line did not extend all the way to the end of the bay.
The parking space was also one where it was impossible to park fully in the bay as there was a need to get a baby out of the rear seat so the door needed to be fully opened (this would not have been possible if parked in the semi-marked bay).
Do i have ground for appeal? IF so do i follow the standard template? OPS is a AOS member of BPA.
PCN was issued for £100 but reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days which is the end of this week.

there are plenty of appeal grounds listed in the NEWBIES sticky thread, none of which are based on "what happened" , so the above "story" is not relevant
just follow the BPA advice from the NEWBIES sticky thread0
