The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win a four-night break for two with Brittany Ferries. The prize package comprises:

• Return ferry travel for two people plus a standard car (5m long by 1.83m high) from either Portsmouth, Poole or Plymouth to France;
• Two nights on-board accommodation based on two people sharing a cabin;
• Two night break at Hotel Hermitage Barrière, La Baule based on two people sharing a twin or double room on bed and breakfast basis; and
• Hotel’s ‘Pass Evasion’ entitling a discount on a range of health and wellbeing activities

9. The prize must be taken as one package.
10. The prize does not include travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest have valid passports and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
11. The prize is valid for travel before December 31, 2017 and excludes July 8 to September 3, 2017 and other blackout dates may apply. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. 12. The prize is subject to hotel availability, and sailing schedules and availability. The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
