I have received a Civil Parking Charge Notice stating that our engineer exceeded Free parking duration at Lidl in Streatham.
Now our engineer parked there for 54 minutes and bought a few items and has the receipht.
Would a copy of the receipht be enough for our engineer to be let off the Civil Charge Notice?

A strong complaint to the manager or CEO of Lidl might work.
It won't work against the parking scammers so in parallel to complaining forcefully to Lidl, then the keeper sends the IPC template from the NEWBIES thread to Athena.
Do NOT reveal the driver's identity.
If the keeper of the vehicle is a company, then send it in the company name.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
he can certainly try it , plus he needs to complain directly to LIDL as well (he probably didnt give the VRM detials at the checkout , to be logged on the system , hence this pcn)
the NEWBIES sticky thread explains the appeals system , plus complaining too0
